Kirsty Toolan is our Director. I am level 6 qualified and have a Degree with Honours within Early Years. I have been in childcare for over 19 years and I am very passionate about bringing out the best within the children and staff. I am married to Kyle. I have 2 children called Kole and Kiera, 2 stepchildren Sophie and Isabelle and 2 dogs called Woody and Uber! In my spare time I love walking, reading and going out for lovely meals! I love music and really like to dance and sing with the children! My favourite nursery rhyme is if you’re happy and you know it. Level 6 Qualified

My name is Kyle Toolan and I am Kirsty’s husband. I am the Associate Director of KLT’s, responsible for all Health and Safety related issues as well as general ‘dogs body!’. I provide Health and Safety training to all of the staff. I have recently left the Royal Air Force which I was in for over 20 years. I have 4 children Sophie, Isabelle, Kole and Kiera. I love animals and keep a variety of different pets ranging from tortoises, bearded dragons, a turtle and a snake! I have lots of hobbies including riding my motorbike and also enjoy scuba diving. My favourite part of KLT’s is seeing the children develop over the time they are with us and the sense of achievement this gives to the staff.

Craig Hale is our Manager at Shenstone. I am level 5 qualified in management and have three level 3 qualifications one in Early Years, one in Management and one in Play Work. I have over 10 years experience of working with children. I am very passionate about sports and the outside world. In my spare time I love to spending time with my daughters Matilda and Margot, I’m a big fan of Lego, Aston Villa and also enjoy playing on the X-Box. Interesting fact – I represented my country in ju-jitsu by winning the midlands and national competitions and held my junior black belt from the age of 12. Level 5 Qualified + 2-5 years Manager

Charlotte Bloyce is our Manager at Redbrick House. I have been working with children of different ages for over 10 years now. I love to spend time with my family and friends. In my spare time I like to go out for tasty food and to bingo. My favourite colour is purple and favourite foods are pasta and pizza! I love to see the children achieve their potential and I find it very rewarding knowing that I have been a part of this. I have 2 level 3 qualifications one within Early Years and one within Management. Level 3 Qualified + Under 2’s Manager

Emma Groves is Shenstone’s Assistant Manager. I started working at KLT’s in October 2014; this is my first role within childcare. I am a single parent to a beautiful teenage daughter, Felicity. I enjoy days out and spending lots of quality time with her. We live in Bromsgrove and have a psycho dog called Lulu! Outside of work, and when I don’t have Felicity, I like to go on spontaneous walks and weekends away with the girls! Level 5 Qualified + HR Lead

Sarah Hale is Redbrick House’s Assistant Manager. I have over 10 years experience working in childcare. I am very passionate  about my job, I enjoy working in childcare and like to encourage children to develop at their own pace. I have a big family and love spending time with all my nieces and nephews. My name is Charon Wilkes and I am KLT’s Kitchen Coordinator; I prepare all of the yummy snacks and keep the kitchen really clean! I have 2 children; Dan and Melissa; who I am very proud of. I have 5 grandchildren who I have helped to look after over the years and enjoyed every minute of it. My favourite colour is purple and my favourite food is Lasagne. Although my background is in catering, I decided I wanted a change of career and working with children is where my heart truly lies. My favourite colour is purple, and my favourite food is sausages. In my spare time I love to dance, I took my first dance lesson aged 4 and have been dancing ever since. Courtney is one of our Senior Practitioners. My birthday is 6th January, I am level 3 qualified in childcare and health and social care and have been working alongside children since 2016 I have previously worked in other nurseries and as a one to one support with a child with complex needs. I love socialising with my friends and family I have 2 younger brothers and a younger sister. One hobby I have is dancing where I take part in lessons, teaching and carrying out shows. I love to watch children grow from babies into independent young children, being there to assist along the journey. I love travelling and spending time with my family. Hi! I’m Abbie, my Birthday is 24th September. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years & Education. I’ve been in childcare for 5+ years but always known I’ve wanted to work with children. I grew up in Bristol and have recently moved to Bromsgrove. I’ve recently got married to my husband, Caleb, this year! I go to church, which is how I met my husband. In my spare time I love to go for walks, spending time at church events with my friends and play lots of musical instruments including piano, violin, guitar and singing. My favourite colour is pink, I am an auntie to 3 nephews and 2 nieces and in my spare time, I enjoy doing fun things with them such as going to theme parks and to the cinema! Hi, I’m Wendy. I am going to be the big 60 this year! Or not…as I keep telling everyone it’s only my 21st! I am a qualified chef and have completed by NVQ level 3 in supervisory hospitality management. I was a mobile catering supervisor for Warwickshire County Caterers for 13 years. This involved going around school kitchens and managing Alcester Grammar School kitchen. My favourite colour is purple and in my own time I love to travel and go on holidays. When I was younger, I always wanted to work on cruise ships until I went down different routes and only recently getting back into childcare. I have been doing this for 12 months now. My favourite food is pizza and I listen to all kinds of music. My favourite thing about being back in childcare is watching the children develop and grow. At KLT’s my position is office administrator, I have a strong eye for detail and like to make sure the nursery is running smoothly, I really enjoy being part of the nursery environment and seeing the children happy and engaged each day.

I have 4 children and a little grandson called Arlo. My favourite colours are red and green and my favourite food would be fish and chips. I have 2 cats called Betty and Penny. I love walking and have enjoyed some long walks over the last year in the peak district and also in Wales. I also love swimming, its hard fitting everything in sometimes! My Nickname is coco and my birthday is 17th September. I’ve worked in social service for the past 6 years and I’m the oldest of 11 grandchildren! I have extensive experience with children of all ages and love to help support children to recognise their own emotions, to grow in confidence + promote their independence. My favourite colour is pink, I have 5 horses, 2 dogs and 2 cats! I have an incredible daughter called Winnie who is 2 and a half, she has ginger hair just like me. My Favourite nursery rhyme is skidamarink and my favourite story is the Gruffalo! My favourite film is Harry Potter + I used to dress up to go with my mum at midnight when the books were released! This was a core childhood memory. I believe every child should get the chance to experience a little bit of magic in their lives. I endeavour to help them find their magic.

I am very passionate about this job roll as I want to see the children make massive stones in their childhood. My fave colour is blue and my fave food is either Chinese or steak!!
